TERMS OF SERVICE

Introduction
HORSEN.SE is a website operated by Horsense shop s.r.o., a company registered in the Czech Republic with its registered office at Turnovská 478/4, 18000 Prague. The company is listed in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File No. 280625, since 15 August 2017. Its Company ID (IČO) is 06345816, and it can be contacted via email at hi@horsen.se. By joining or using any part of the Program (including embedding tools, sharing affiliate links, or using our chatbot), you agree to comply with the following Terms.
Eligibility
Participation in the Program is open to individuals and legal entities who operate horse-related websites, manage equestrian communities or social media groups, or distribute horse-related content via online platforms, forums, blogs, or newsletters. Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. HORSEN.SE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve or reject any application for participation in the Program, with or without cause.
Program Description
The Program enables Partners to earn compensation through the referral of users to HORSEN.SE services via unique tracking links, embedded tools, or other approved promotional mechanisms. Referral activity may include, but is not limited to, completed horse transport requests, publication of verified listings, or the use of customizable contract tools. Partners may promote HORSEN.SE by embedding widgets on their websites, sharing affiliate links through their owned channels, or utilizing social features such as the HORSEN.SE Facebook chatbot, provided such promotion complies with the conditions set forth herein.
Registration and Account Obligations
To participate in the Program, Partners may be required to complete a registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain and update your information as necessary to ensure its accuracy. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials, codes, or identifiers issued to you. Any unauthorized use of your account or referral link shall be promptly reported to the HORSEN.SE.
Compensation and Payment
Compensation shall be calculated based on qualifying actions generated through your unique tracking tools or referral links, in accordance with rates and terms communicated separately by the HORSEN.SE. HORSEN.SE may amend such rates or qualifying criteria at its sole discretion, with reasonable notice. Payouts shall be issued monthly or according to the schedule communicated by the HORSEN.SE, provided the Partner has reached the minimum payout threshold (USD 50). Accepted payout methods may include, but are not limited to, PayPal or bank transfer, subject to availability and agreement. HORSEN.SE reserves the right to withhold payment or suspend account activity in cases of suspected fraud, manipulation, breach of these terms, or other activity deemed non-compliant.
Promotion Guidelines
Partners agree to promote HORSEN.SE services in a lawful, ethical, and non-deceptive manner. You shall not engage in any form of unsolicited communication (“spam”), paid advertising that misrepresents or impersonates HORSEN.SE, or use of the branding in a misleading or unauthorized context. Promotion shall be limited to platforms where you have legitimate posting rights. Misrepresentation of services, false claims, or any attempt to artificially inflate referral activity is strictly prohibited and may result in termination.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the HORSEN.SE brand, platform, tools, content, and associated assets shall remain the exclusive property of HORSEN.SE. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, HORSEN.SE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use its promotional materials solely for the purpose of lawful participation in the Program. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or alteration of HORSEN.SE materials is strictly prohibited.
Updates to Terms
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement shall cease immediately. In the event of termination due to breach, fraud, or abuse, HORSEN.SE reserves the right to withhold any unpaid compensation pending investigation or legal action. Valid unpaid balances for compliant accounts shall be paid in the ordinary course of business.
Limitation of Liability
The Program is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. HORSEN.SE makes no representation regarding the potential earnings, traffic, or performance of the Program or its tools. To the maximum extent permitted by law,HORSEN.SE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Prague, Czech Republic.
